1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Red Dot Air Ambulance website, or by engaging our services in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, patients, their families, and any person or organisation that engages Red Dot Air Ambulance Pte Ltd for air ambulance, medical repatriation, or commercial medical escort services.
2. Services Description
Red Dot Air Ambulance Pte Ltd ("Red Dot", "we", "us", or "our") is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Seletar Jet Charter Group. We provide the following services:
- Air ambulance transport: Dedicated medically equipped aircraft with full medical crew for critically ill or injured patients
- Medical repatriation: Long-range patient transfers to return individuals to their home country for continued treatment or recovery
- Commercial medical escort: Medical professionals accompanying patients on scheduled commercial flights when the patient's condition permits
All services are subject to medical assessment by our flight physician and operational feasibility, including aircraft availability, route viability, regulatory approvals, and weather conditions.
3. Service Engagement
Missions may be initiated through any of the following channels:
- Calling our 24/7 operations centre at +65 9152 0777
- Contacting us via WhatsApp
- Submitting an enquiry through our website contact form
- Emailing us at sales@seletarjet.com
Upon receiving your enquiry and the required medical information, we will provide a detailed quotation. A quotation does not constitute a binding agreement. No commitment or obligation arises until written confirmation is provided by both parties.
Quotations are valid for 24 to 48 hours depending on the route, aircraft availability, and prevailing conditions. Pricing may change if the patient's medical condition, route, or mission requirements change after the initial quotation.
4. Medical Assessment
All air ambulance and medical repatriation missions require a medical assessment conducted by our flight physician. This assessment determines whether the patient is fit for air transport and what level of medical support is required during the flight.
We reserve the right to decline a mission if our medical team determines that air transport is not medically safe for the patient. The medical team's decision regarding patient fitness to fly is final.
Our medical assessment considers factors including the patient's current condition, stability for transport, altitude tolerance, required medical equipment, and the expected duration of the flight. We may request additional medical records or direct consultation with the treating physician before making a determination.
5. Pricing and Payment
Our quotations are all-inclusive and typically cover the following:
- Aircraft charter and flight operations
- Medical crew (flight physician and ICU-trained nurse)
- Medical equipment and supplies
- Overflight permits and landing authorisations
- Ground ambulance transfers (where included in the scope)
Payment terms: A deposit is required before mission commencement, with the balance payable upon mission completion. Exact payment terms will be specified in the quotation and confirmed in writing.
Currency: All quotations are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Insurance coordination: Where applicable, we coordinate directly with insurance companies and travel assistance providers on the client's behalf. However, the client remains ultimately responsible for payment if the insurer does not cover the full cost.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Before crew mobilisation: Full refund minus a reasonable administrative fee to cover planning and coordination costs incurred
- After crew mobilisation: Partial refund based on actual costs incurred, including crew deployment, permits obtained, and any non-recoverable expenses
- Weather, ATC, or operational cancellations: If a mission is cancelled due to weather, air traffic control restrictions, or other operational factors outside our control, the client will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
Red Dot Air Ambulance reserves the right to cancel a mission at any time if continuing the mission would compromise the safety of the patient, medical crew, or flight crew.
7. Patient and Companion Responsibilities
Patients, their families, and any accompanying companions are responsible for the following:
- Accurate medical information: Providing complete and truthful medical records, history, and current condition details to enable proper assessment and care planning
- Valid travel documents: Ensuring all passengers hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for the route. Red Dot is not liable for delays or mission failure caused by incomplete or invalid travel documentation
- Following crew instructions: Complying with all instructions from the medical crew and flight crew during the mission, including pre-flight preparations and in-flight protocols
- Companion fitness to fly: Any non-patient companion travelling on an air ambulance flight must be medically fit to fly and must follow all directives issued by the crew
8. Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients and patients maintain travel insurance that includes coverage for medical evacuation and air ambulance services.
- Where a client is covered by insurance, we will coordinate directly with the insurer or travel assistance provider to facilitate pre-authorisation and claims processing
- Red Dot Air Ambulance is not a party to any insurance contract and is not responsible for disputes between the client and their insurer regarding coverage, claim amounts, or policy exclusions
- Self-pay clients who are not covered by insurance must settle payment in accordance with the agreed terms outlined in the quotation
9. Limitation of Liability
Our medical team provides care in line with established aeromedical standards and best practices. However, the following limitations of liability apply:
- We are not liable for any adverse outcomes arising from pre-existing medical conditions or the natural progression of disease
- We are not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, government authorities, or other factors beyond our operational control
- We are not liable for outcomes that are beyond the clinical control of our medical team, given the inherent constraints of providing care in an aviation environment
Standard aviation liability provisions and medical liability provisions apply to all missions. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable Singapore law and relevant international aviation conventions.
10. Force Majeure
Red Dot Air Ambulance shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or inability to perform our obligations under these terms where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Government actions, sanctions, or regulatory changes
- War, civil unrest, terrorism, or political instability
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
- Air traffic control restrictions or airspace closures
