About Red Dot Air Ambulance

When Your Family Needs to Fly Home,
We Are the Ones Who Go.

EURAMI-accredited. Based at Seletar Airport, Singapore. We own 4 ICU-equipped jets and employ our own pilots, doctors, and nurses. No brokers. No middlemen. One direct operator.

Our Story

Your Call Goes Straight to the Team That Flies

Red Dot Air Ambulance Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Seletar Jet Charter Group, one of Singapore's established private aviation operators.

We were founded on one principle: families in crisis deserve to deal directly with the people who own, maintain, and fly the aircraft. Not a call centre. Not a broker searching for a third-party jet.

Headquartered at Seletar Airport in Singapore, we own and operate four dedicated ICU-equipped jets. Our flight physicians, ICU nurses, pilots, and operations team are all under one roof.

When you call us at 2 a.m. with a loved one in a hospital overseas, you are speaking to the same team that will plan the mission, fly the aircraft, and care for the patient at altitude.

We are not middlemen. We own every aircraft in our fleet. That means we control maintenance schedules, medical equipment standards, crew training, and readiness. When families call, they get the operator. Always.

What Drives Us

Every Decision Starts with the Patient

In a medical emergency overseas, you need certainty. These are the principles that guide every mission we fly.

Patient First

Every aircraft configuration, crew assignment, and operational decision is made with one question: what gives this patient the best outcome? Everything else is secondary.

Direct Operator

We own our aircraft. You deal directly with the people who fly and maintain the jets, and one team is responsible for the whole mission.

24/7 Readiness

Medical emergencies do not wait for business hours. Our operations centre is staffed around the clock, 365 days a year. Aircraft, crews, and medical equipment are always mission-ready.

EURAMI Standards

Our accreditation from the European Aero-Medical Institute is independently audited and cannot be purchased. It verifies our medical protocols, crew qualifications, and operational safety meet global benchmarks.

What EURAMI Means for Your Family

EURAMI, the European Aero-Medical Institute, is the global standard for safety and quality in air ambulance operations. Accreditation is not a membership fee or a marketing badge. It is a rigorous, independent audit of how an air ambulance provider actually operates.

Red Dot Air Ambulance holds EURAMI accreditation because we passed comprehensive inspections of our medical protocols, aircraft safety standards, crew qualifications, training programmes, and patient care procedures. When you choose Red Dot, you are choosing a provider independently verified to meet the highest global standards.

Operating Authorities

Licensed by Civil Aviation Regulators

Red Dot operates under Air Operator Certificates (AOCs) issued by the civil aviation authorities in the countries where we base our aircraft. Each AOC is a regulator-audited licence to conduct commercial air transportation.

Danny Walker

Managing Director

Danny leads Red Dot Air Ambulance from our Seletar Airport base in Singapore, where he sets the operational and safety standards for the fleet, the medical programme, and the 24/7 mission control desk.

He came to Red Dot from the parent company, Seletar Jet Charter Group, where he served as Chief Executive Officer and grew the business into one of the region's established private aviation operators.

What separates Danny from most aviation executives is that he is also an Authorised Flight Examiner. He still holds the cockpit qualifications used to assess and check other captains, which means the standards he sets on paper are the same ones he flies and signs off in person.

Meet the Team

The Specialists Who Plan, Fly, and Care for Every Mission

Every Red Dot mission draws on our own in-house specialists. The roles below describe what we do; many missions involve more than one person from each.

Flight Physicians

Critical-care doctors with backgrounds in emergency medicine, anaesthesia, and intensive care. Every mission has a physician onboard who reviews the case before departure.

ICU Flight Nurses

Hospital ICU-trained nurses certified for aeromedical transport. Manage cardiac monitoring, ventilation, infusion lines, and pain control throughout the flight.

Paediatric & Neonatal Specialists

Doctors and nurses trained in paediatric critical care for infants, children, and adolescents who need specialised equipment, dosing, and handling at altitude.

Captains & First Officers

Type-rated on the Learjet 60 and Hawker 800XP. Thousands of cumulative flight hours across medevac, charter, and corporate aviation operations.

Operations & Dispatch

Our 24/7 phone is answered by mission planners who handle flight plans, slot times, weather routing, and crew scheduling from the first call onward.

Aircraft Engineers

Licensed aviation maintenance engineers covering airframe, avionics, and onboard ICU equipment. Pre-flight checks before every departure, full inspections on schedule.

Permits & Clearances

Specialists in overflight permits, landing slots, customs, immigration, and country-by-country medical equipment clearances. Often the difference between launching in 4 hours and 12.

Patient & Family Coordinators

Single point of contact for the family. Translate the medical plan, coordinate with sending and receiving hospitals, and keep families updated through the mission.

For privacy, we do not publish names or photos of crew online. Every member is a permanent employee with documented credentials available on request.

Our Dedicated Fleet

The Aircraft That Will Carry Your Family Home

We own all four jets outright, which means we control safety, maintenance, and readiness. The fleet pairs Bombardier Learjet 60 family aircraft for fast regional missions with longer-range jets for transfers across Asia-Pacific. Specifications, sample flight times, and the in-house maintenance approach are all on the dedicated fleet page.

Insurance & Assistance

If You're Insured, We Coordinate Billing Directly

We work with most major travel insurers, corporate health schemes, assistance companies, and government coverage. If your loved one is covered, our team handles billing and authorisation directly with the insurer so you can focus on your family.

Call us with the policy details and we will confirm coverage on the same call.
